When the mind is busy, our perspective of the world gets blurry and we can lose perspective of the whole picture. The monkey mind takes the driver’s seat and life can seem complicated when all we have to do is stop and remember that we are much more than just this body.
We are spirits having a human experience, not humans having a spiritual experience.
Meditation, chanting, yoga, tai-chi, as well as devotional practises can help us remember that our connection to what is greater than us is always accessible. By reconnecting to ourselves, we find greater purpose to our lives and deeper meaning to this human existence.
Time in Nature

Time in nature is also a express lane to relax, unplug, and reconnect.
We live in a busy world filled with noise, pollution and radiations. Making the conscious effort to take time out and spend time with Mother Earth will accelerate your wellbeing and optimise your mental health. Nothing like stepping out of the busy-ness of life to recentre and release the stress stored in your body. Laughing is also highly recommended as a daily dose!

Rites of passage were a way living for generations before they were suppressed and forgotten.
It is a birth right to celebrate milestones in one’s life and each celebration will bring more meaning and understanding of what it is like to grow up and become a healthy, respectful, and happy human.
In our society, we often celebrate important birthdays, weddings, and New Year’s Eves. Funerals are often seen as a tragedy, rather than a celebration of life. By reintegrating rites of passage such as Menarche (first menses), Blessing ways (meaningful baby showers), Birthday blessings, and Peri-Menopause, a woman’s life can feel entirely enriched by these experiences.
Every six weeks, we also have the opportunity to celebrate the Pagan festivals such as the solstices, equinoxes, and the sabats in between. These celebrations make sense as the Earth keeps turning and the seasons keep changing, so do we in our inner world and landscapes.
Life is a Miracle
