Blossom
There are many rites of passage in a woman’s life. The first one being birth, the next significant one is when a girl bleeds for the first time, it is called her Menarche. In some indigenous cultures, this was a great opportunity to celebrate this young girl and a ceremony was put in place to honour this transition. Unfortunately, these traditions have been lost and the first menses came with very little information, or worse, shame and taboo. By creating a sacred space and celebrating this milestone in a girl’s life, it gives her the strength and the empowerment she needs to start her young adult’s life .
As the circle includes mothers & daughters, it is important to heal the mother’s story of their own Menarche before we can sit in sacred space together. Therefore, this ceremony needs to be split into two different days. The first day, I will be working with the mothers only. The following day is the coming together and the celebration of their daughters alongside with their mothers.

blessing way
Another important rite of passage in a woman’s life is when a maiden is just about to become a mother. When a mother-to-be sit in circle with her closest friends, there is a support network that gets created energetically that will carry her through birth and beyond. Blessing ways are here to fill the mama’s cup to the brim so she can feel loved, nourished and supported. Each birth will be another rite of passage and should be celebrated so the mother can feel uplifted and ready for the next stage of her life. There are countless rituals that can be done but, personally, I like to keep it simple and let the magic happens as women gather and sit together. The support network created on the day will carry the mother-to-be through birth and beyond. For blessing way ceremonies, please press the button contact me at the bottom of the page.
menopause
Maga is the autumn of a woman’s life. A time to slow down, create space for herself and acknowledge where she’s been and the wisdom she gathered. In modern society, menopause is regarded as the “end of having any periods” but the thing is.. It is so much more! And there is so much happening hormonally as well as emotionally. Sadly, women are often left on their own trying to figure it all out. By creating sacred space for women to gather and share what is happening for them, it can be so helpful for a woman to feel in a normal transition rather than going crazy in her own head. There are also ways to support a woman’s physically and emotionally by sharing knowledge and information around hormones, plants and lifestyle. For ongoing support groups, the prerequisite is to complete the workshop “Ageing gracefully” in order to have all vital information. For more information, please press button below.
