What makes you happy?

What is it that gets you out of bed in the morning?

What makes your heart sing?

There are so many ways to set the tone for the day... Do you spring into action as soon as you wake up?

Or do you like to lay in bed and laze around and take things slow?

My perfect morning starts like this...

I get up feeling grateful to be alive. The first practise that I do are based on ayurveda, such as oil pulling, tongue scrapping and neti pot.. I then drink a big glass of water with my supplements and prepare my Chinese herbs for my first hot drink of the day. As I wouldn’t start the day without brushing my teeth, I also clean my house by smudging with white sage before I go to my meditation cushion and sit for a moment. After that, my body needs to stretch so I jump on my mat and do some yoga or go to the beach for a walk and a dip in the ocean.

THIS is what keeps me going! This is how I stay in a state of gratitude and count my blessings to be alive and to celebrate my body and my health!

Why do I go through all this? Because it is essential that you KNOW what makes you happy, to be in charge of your life and decide how amazing this ride is going to be.

YOU are in charge of your life but at times, anyone could do with a bit of help.

What is the first step?

First, you need to fill in the questionnaire below.

Once read, I’ll have a better understanding of where you are at and where you’d like to be.

Our first session can then be planned. The first session is when we can feel if there is alchemy in between us and if I am the one who can help you. If you live in the Northern Rivers of NSW, let’s meet up! Face to face is a great way to connect but if you’re not, a Skype session or Zoom if we’re working as a group is the way to go.

It’s a match! If we feel like we can create some magic, our first session will allow us to set some goals. There are so many ways a life coach can help and below will contain a few options available. These aren’t limited because each individual is unique with its own history and life path. I’d like to meet you exactly where you’re at and take it from there.

OPTION 1. listening & coaching

IS IT HOW YOU’RE FEELING RIGHT NOW? Don’t worry… we’ve all been there!

I believe an attentive ear, presence and empathy can give you some perspective. Whether it’s a walk along the beach as you need to move while you share your heart or a moment of stillness in front of a cuppa. This option is made for people who feel like their mind is in the driver seat and they need to take the reins but don’t know how.

Listening is the key for connection and in feeling heard, solutions slowly appear and unravel magically under the person’s eyes.

Everyone is craving for connection and this option is a beautiful opportunity to share your heart and take the time to go deeper to see what’s under the surface.


option 2. Sisters’circle

LIVING WITH THE EARTH’S CYCLES!

Most people know about solstices and equinoxes. But how many of you know that these are pagean sabbats and there is one to be celebrated every six weeks?

Every six weeks, I am offering a sacred space for women to sit together (in person or online) and engage with the energies of the Earth. Celebrating spring equinox feels very different to celebrating winter solstice. Therefore, this difference is often felt on a much deeper level than most people aren’t aware of. By tuning into what the Earth’s energies are, we can dive into our inner world and understand what is happening on all levels.

Whether the energies are about setting intentions or letting go, sitting every six weeks brings awareness to the fact that we are much more than just a human body. We are all connected and interconnected with the whole. This practise brings purpose and meaning to life and sitting in sacred space becomes second nature!


OPtion 3. yoga & asana dance

YOGA IS A BIG UMBRELLA!

Some might just think of it as in getting flexible or doing crazy posture with your legs behind your ears!

Yoga is SO much more than becoming flexible!… The Asanas (physical exercises) are certainly a big part of it and often the first step onto this path but definitely not the last! The Asanas will be practised with a conscious breath which is the basis of yoga. By breathing properly and consciously, massive changes can occur in a very short time. The focus could also be on the meditation side of it. Learning to sit with yourself without wanting to change the reality as it is, is an amazing practise that I’m still learning but also so happy to share with people who would like to calm their mind and find some inner peace. The singing of some mantras can also be included under this umbrella as the sound is a deep healer. Whatever direction you decide to go onto, this option is about learning about yoga and how to take it into your daily life. Yoga off the mat happens naturally once you step on this path.

Asana dance is a weekly class that takes place in the Northern Rivers and it combines yoga postures with free-flow dance. We work through the chakras and it helps shift what might be stuck and needs to be freed out to live a more purposeful life!
